The difference

Woven, not printed.

Most "custom photo blankets" are just photos heat-pressed onto fleece. The image sits on top of the fabric — and over time, it fades, cracks, and peels. That's not what we do.

Every Blanket Statement blanket is woven on a jacquard loom. Your photo becomes the fabric itself — thousands of individual cotton threads interlocked to recreate your image. There's no print to wear off. No coating to crack. Just cotton, structure, and your memory, permanently woven together.

The result is a blanket that feels like a blanket — soft, breathable, and weighted — not like a printed pillowcase trying to be one.

We make each blanket to order. No warehouses. No mass production. When you upload a photo, we build your blanket from scratch — and we don't stop until it's right.

Our process

From upload to doorstep.

You upload a photo. Our team reviews it for quality and composition, then translates it into a woven thread map — a digital blueprint that tells the loom exactly which threads to raise and lower to recreate your image. The loom does the rest, interlocking thousands of cotton threads row by row.

The finished blanket is inspected, rolled, and packed by hand before it ships. We don't rush it. If something's off, we fix it before it leaves.
